Distance is the first barrier to healthcare in rural and mining-affected Jharkhand. RODS brings screening, counselling and referral support into the village itself, with a particular focus on mothers, young children and adolescents.

Village Health Camps
Free health check-up camps organised in partnership with government health services and qualified practitioners, with referral support for cases that need hospital care.

Nutrition Programmes
Nutrition counselling and support for mothers, infants and young children, including early childhood nutrition work carried out during the post-COVID recovery period.

Maternal & Child Health
Awareness and follow-up on antenatal care, institutional delivery, immunisation and postnatal support, working alongside frontline government health workers.
