Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment
Area of Intervention

From a group ledger to a seat at the Gram Sabha.

Self-Help Groups begin with a small, regular saving. Within a few years the same group is negotiating a bank linkage and its members are speaking at village meetings. RODS supports that trajectory with financial literacy, leadership development and enterprise support.

  • Self-Help Groups formed and strengthened across our operational blocks
  • Women members taking active roles in village level decision making
