Build a Career That Changes Lives

Rural Outright Development Society is a grassroots organisation working with rural, tribal and mining-affected communities across Jharkhand since 2004. We look for people who are comfortable in a village as well as in a report — field coordinators, trainers, educators, health workers, documentation staff and programme managers.

Why Work at RODS

Real Field Work

Not a desk-only role. Our teams work directly with tribal and rural communities across East Singhbhum, Bokaro and Dhanbad.

Multidisciplinary Team

Development professionals, social workers, trainers, healthcare personnel, educators and field coordinators working side by side.

Learning by Doing

Exposure to the full project cycle — baseline studies, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting.

Purpose That Holds Up

Two decades of work grounded in equity, transparency, participation and self-rule. The mission is the job description.
