Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Unnat Gram Yojana
Location: Village Khilkanali, Govindpur Block, Dhanbad District, Jharkhand
Supported by: JSSCCDC, Ranchi
Enhanced year-round connectivity and eased transportation via the new PCC road. Improved night-time safety and promoted clean energy through solar street lighting. Ensured a reliable supply of safe drinking water, reducing the time and effort spent by villagers, especially women, in collecting water, and contributed to improved health, sanitation, mobility, and socio-economic development.

Location: Mosaboni Block, East Singhbhum District, Jharkhand
Supported by: RILM, Kolkata
Transformed the lives of 400 adult learners, enabling independent access to government schemes, banking services, healthcare, and educational opportunities. Enhanced self-esteem, social participation, and decision-making abilities, particularly among women and marginalized groups, contributing to individual empowerment and community development.

Location: Mosaboni Block, East Singhbhum District, Jharkhand
Supported by: Jharkhand Education Project (JEP), East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur
Mainstreamed around 110 dropout children into regular schools. Improved academic competencies, confidence, discipline, and social skills, helping children who had discontinued studies due to poverty or migration resume their educational journey and reducing school dropout rates in the region.

Location: Mosaboni Block, East Singhbhum District, Jharkhand
Supported by: Jharkhand Education Project (JEP), Jamshedpur
Mainstreamed 36 out-of-school and dropout children into the formal education system, improving literacy and numeracy skills and increasing community awareness about the importance of education, contributing to reduced child labour and school dropouts.

Monitoring and evaluation is built into the project cycle, not added at the end of it.
Baseline Studies
Every intervention starts with a household and village level baseline so that change can be measured against a known starting point.
Progress Tracking
Field coordinators record activity level data month on month, which is reviewed against the agreed project milestones.
Beneficiary Feedback
Communities are consulted throughout the project cycle, and their feedback shapes course corrections during implementation.
Impact Assessment
End-line assessments and audited utilisation statements are shared with funding partners along with photographic documentation.
