RODS has always believed that communities are the primary drivers of their own development. Volunteers extend that belief — bringing skills, energy and fresh perspective to the field teams working across Mosaboni, Ghatshila, Dumaria, Gomia and beyond.

Health & Nutrition Camps
Assist with registration, screening logistics and follow-up at village health check-up and nutrition camps.
WASH Awareness
Run hygiene sessions in schools and hamlets and help communities maintain safe drinking water points.
Women Empowerment
Support Self-Help Groups with bookkeeping, financial literacy sessions and leadership training workshops.
Environment Drives
Join plantation drives, pond rejuvenation work and National Environment Awareness Campaign activities.
Media & Documentation
Photograph field work, write case studies, edit reports, or help with design and social media — remotely or on site.
