About the Project
Empowered dropout and marginalized adolescent girls through vocational training via short-term skill development courses combined with remedial education support, aiming to improve educational attainment, employability, and self-confidence among girls who had discontinued formal education.
Impact
Strengthened foundational learning and encouraged many girls to continue or re-enter formal education. Vocational training enhanced employability and income-generating potential, improving self-confidence and decision-making abilities while promoting gender equality and reducing educational disparities.
